Room Arrangement for Quality Care:  Consulting services include assisting Teachers and Directors with room arrangement that promotes optimal learning for children, while also helping to reduce challenging behaviors and conflict within the class.

Child Care Program Development:  Development of plans and strategies to initiate new programs, including analysis of facilities, staffing, health and safety concerns, and parent education.  Additionally, consultation includes coordinating material selection and staff training

Facility Development: Expert assistance with design concepts and providing experienced feedback as to the development and design of childcare facilities. 

Parental Coaching:  Consultation services to provide families with personalized in-home support though insightful evaluation, interaction, and information about child development.

If leaders expect teachers to meet and exceed the expectations of their clients (the children & families that we serve), those same leaders must similarly address the concerns of teachers.  Expectations should be reflected in the actions of the leaders and on behalf of their staff.  Unfortunately, training budgets are often the first to suffer cuts when dollars are tight.
